These braises are produced from duck and must be cooked according to your taste before consumption. Each duck braisade weighs +/- 80 gr. Each tray has a total weight of +/- 240 gr (3 embers).

Store in the fridge (max. +4°C). After opening, keep for 2 days in the refrigerator.
