The shipping costs depend on the total gross weight of your order and are calculated automatically in the basket before the payment procedure.
The weight GROSS corresponds to the weight of the contents and the container of the product (ex: 1 jar of spreadable chocolate of 600 gr actually weighs +/- 950 gr with the glass jar)
Shipping costs and delivery services
Shipping costs are free from 40 euros of purchase for Belgium (delivery via Bpost).
The shipping costs are free from 99 euros of purchase for the France Metropolis in Mondial Relay (via bpost) for any parcel of maximum 20 kilos.
The delivery times are working days, holidays and weekends not included and do not include the time of preparation of the order (from 24 to 48 hours if all the products in stock).
The deadlines are indicative and not contractual
At the time of sending your package, you will receive an e-mail that contains the tracking code online.
The possible customs fees when shipping to countries outside the European Union are the sole responsibility of the customer.
The seller delivers his customers within 3 to 10 days from the payment of the order and according to the selected carrier. These deadlines are given as an indication and therefore do not bind the seller.
If after 30 days the customer is not delivered, the customer can request the cancellation of the sale and the refund of the sums paid for his order.
In case of unjustified seizure of the order by the customs, the seller agrees to refund the customer. On the other hand, if the parcel is seized for prohibited products in the country of residence of the customer, no refund will be made by the seller. It is therefore up to the customer to verify the possibility of importing the ordered products.
Chockies Group reserves the right to change the delivery method for another equivalent for certain postal codes which are considered remote areas and which requires an additional cost from the carrier.

Fresh products "
For your goods in the "Fresh Products" category, your order will be shipped ONLY via Chronopost's Chronofresh. You will not have the choice of the carrier.
The departure of the "fresh" parcels is done once a week (generally on Wednesdays) with the delivery planned on thursday or friday for certain regions and zones difficult of access
Chronopost Chronofresh is only accessible for residents of Metropolitan France (excluding Corsica) and Monaco.
Chronopresh's Chronofresh guarantees a traceability of the cold chain thanks to a delivery in D + 1 * and D + 2 *. Thus, you will receive as soon as possible your fresh products WITHOUT INTERRUPTION OF THE COLD CHAIN.

Packages to the Aquitaine, Midi-Pyrenees, Languedoc-Roussillon and Provence-Alpes-Côte-d'Azur regions as well as some difficult-to-reach areas are shipped with maximum delivery on D + 2, which is Friday before 5 pm 30 at the latest.
Notice regarding withdrawal points
The parcels are sent in the Mondial Relay network via the Bpost services (Belgian post office)
When you buy, you will receive an email with the tracking number of Bpost package.
The carrier sends an email and / or SMS to indicate that your package has arrived at the point of collection (point of withdrawal) with the address of the point of removal.
You have then a week to get it back. If after this period you still have not done this step, the package will be returned.
