Ingredients: Sauerkraut 50% (cabbage, salt). Pigmeat sausages 16,2%: pork (France), water, pig's head, fat and pig's ornaments, wheat flour, pig plasma, salt, preservative: sodium nitrite, stabilizer: Di and tri-phosphates, spices and aromatics, smoke flavor and aroma, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, liquid smoke. Pigmeat cured in salt curing 6.8%: pork (France), water, pig plasma, salt, stabilizers: diphosphates, acidifying agent: sodium citrates, flavors, preservatives: sodium acetates and sodium nitrite. Cooking sauce: water, riesling 0.4%, salt, flavor (contains GLUTEN), antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, smoke flavor, 5% potatoes (contains SULPHITES), lard, juniper berries and peppercorns.
