Made from 100% veal, sourced from animals slaughtered at a maximum age of 8 months, it guarantees superior quality and a delicate texture after cooking. Perfect for traditional stews, this tender meat will reveal all its flavors after approximately 1.5 hours of gentle cooking, in a white or cream sauce. Ideal for a homemade blanquette, flavorful and creamy. A central ingredient in one of the great classics of French cuisine.
