In the fourteenth century, good beers were called Goudale, Goudalle or Good ale. They were selling the pot 2 denier, in a merchant named Goudalier. This rich tradition, the Gayant Brewers retained expertise and a name that are in themselves quite a story. La Goudale is a blond high fermentation beer that is worthy beers called "guard", brewed for generations in northern France. La Goudale has a clear golden yellow color with a good relatively persistent foam head. On the nose it offers fruity and spicy aromas with strong yeast notes. In the mouth it is soft and fruity beer where the roundness of malts coats the spicy notes of yeast and frank hop bitterness of Flanders. This golden beer character has many flavors to offer. The finish, dry and hoppy.
