Right of withdrawal for non-food goods

In accordance with the laws of the consumer code, you have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within a period of fourteen days.

The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, takes physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail).

You can use the model withdrawal form but it is not obligatory. You can also fill out and submit the model withdrawal form or any other unambiguous statement on our website on the "contact us" page.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, this reimbursement will not incur any fees for you.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods.

You must return or hand over the goods to us at the address below, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days after you have communicated to us your decision to withdraw from this contract.

This deadline is deemed to have been met if you return the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
