Chockies Group SRL is the banner under which Belgica Store, Belgica Store PRO, Livraison Surgelé and Livraison Surgelé PRO operate.
Chockies Group SRL is a commercial entity managed by Deryckere Christopher, whose registered office is located at the following address: 31A rue de Wihéries, 6560 Hantes-Wihéries, Belgium, registered under number BE1012.381.674 at the Bank Carrefour Companies.
In this document we refer to Chockies Group SRL as “the seller”.
These general terms and conditions of sale govern the relationship between the seller and the customer, who may be a natural or legal person, placing an order via the websites hosted at the addresses www.https://belgicastore.com/gb/, www.pro.https://belgicastore.com/gb/, www.livraisonsurgele.com, and www.pro.livraisonsurgele.com. If you order on one of these sites, you automatically accept these general terms and conditions of sale.

Products and Services:
Our customers have access to our product and service catalogues on our websites, including www.https://belgicastore.com/gb/, www.pro.https://belgicastore.com/gb/, www.livraisonsurgele.com, and www.pro.livraisonsurgele.com. The photos of our products are as accurate as possible, but they may differ slightly from the actual product, particularly with regard to colours or packaging changes made by the manufacturers. These photos are therefore not contractual and do not bind the seller. Although we strive to provide accurate information about our products, the seller cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness or updating of this data. The information on our websites does not replace the data on the product labels. In the event of a discrepancy, the information on the product labels shall prevail.
Our sales are made within the limits of available stocks at our suppliers. If an item is no longer available, we will inform the customer of this stock shortage by e-mail or telephone. If the delivery time exceeds 3 days, we reserve the right to offer an equivalent product with the customer's consent or to cancel the order and refund the customer. The seller also reserves the right to modify its catalog of products and services at any time.
Placing an Order:
Before placing an order, the customer must provide accurate information, including name, billing address, shipping address (if different from billing address), phone number, and email address. The seller is not responsible for any incorrect information provided by the customer. If an order is returned for these reasons, the seller will not resend the order unless the customer pays the shipping costs again.
The customer fills his basket with a minimum amount of 25 euros (excluding VAT), confirms his acceptance of the general conditions of sale, and proceeds to pay for his order. An order confirmation is then sent to the customer after payment. This confirmation includes all the information provided by the customer, a description of the order, the total price of the order and the delivery costs.
Rates and Billing:
Unless otherwise indicated, prices are indicated in euros and include order preparation costs, but do not include delivery costs. The seller is not responsible for the payment of customs duties or other local costs or taxes. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer, who must also comply with the requirements of the authorities in the country of delivery. The prices of products and services are indicated including VAT (Belgian tax). After identification of the country of delivery (country of the European Union), the prices will be displayed with the taxes of the country of delivery, in accordance with European legislation.
Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery location, weight and volume of the order. They are indicated before payment. The seller reserves the right to modify the rates at any time to adapt to price variations from its suppliers or changes in shipping costs.
Payment :
Payment must be made in Euros at the time of order validation. Order processing begins upon receipt of payment. Payment methods include MultiSafepay, Paypal, and bank transfer.
The seller cannot be held responsible for the payment of customs duties or other local costs or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. The customer must also make the necessary declarations to the competent authorities of the country of delivery and check for possible restrictions on the products ordered.
Delivery, Shipping Costs and Customs Fees:
The seller ships parcels worldwide, with the exception of products in the "fresh products" category, which are only delivered to Belgium, Luxembourg, mainland France, Monaco and Spain to ensure compliance with the cold chain. Delivery costs and any customs fees (outside the EU) are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders are delivered with a customer signature for receipt. In the event of unjustified seizure of the order by customs, the seller undertakes to reimburse the customer. However, if the package is seized due to products prohibited in the customer's country of residence, no refund will be made by the seller. It is the customer's responsibility to check the possibility of importing the products ordered.
The customer must inspect the order upon receipt. If the package appears damaged, the customer must inspect it immediately in the presence of the delivery person. In case of damage, the customer must note the description of the damage on the delivery note of the carrier. The customer must inform the seller by e-mail at info@chockies.net within 2 working days of delivery, providing photos of the damage (exterior of the package (with visible shipping label), interior of the package (with all protections used), of all goods together and all individual goods), failing which no claim will be considered. The seller may require the return of the damaged product(s).
Preparation time:
Order preparation times vary from 24 to 72 hours after receipt of payment.
The seller delivers to its customers within 4 to 10 days from the payment of the order and depending on the chosen carrier and the country of destination. These deadlines are given for information purposes only and are therefore not binding on the seller.
If after a period of 30 days the customer has not received a delivery, the customer may request the cancellation of the sale and the reimbursement of the sums paid for his order.
The Seller shall not be liable for any loss, cost, liability, damage, fine or expense incurred as a result of any delay or non-delivery.
In order to guarantee same week delivery, orders containing fresh products must reach us by MONDAY at the latest before 10 a.m. (orders leave on Wednesday)
Delivery times:
Delivery times depend on the destination, the delivery method and the availability of the products. The seller strives to meet delivery times, but any delays do not entitle the customer to any compensation or cancellation of the order. In the event of a significant delay in delivery, the customer will be informed by the carrier by e-mail or telephone.
Cancellation and Return of Order:
The customer has the right to revoke the order within 14 days of receiving the products, in accordance with current legislation. The customer must inform the seller of his decision to revoke the order by e-mail to info@chockies.net. The customer must return the products in their original packaging, unopened and unaltered, within 14 days of revoking the order, to the address provided by the seller. The customer must bear the return costs. Once the products have been returned and checked, the seller will refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the returned products. If the customer does not return the products within 14 days of revoking the order, the seller may refuse the refund.
Some products, due to their nature, cannot be revoked. These include fresh, frozen, opened or used products, and products that have passed their expiration date.
Guarantees and Claims:
If a product is defective or non-compliant, the customer must inform the seller by email at info@chockies.net within 2 business days of receiving the order. The customer must provide photos of the defects or non-conformities. The seller will decide what action to take, including refund, replacement or sending additional products. The seller does not guarantee the quality of the products beyond the expiration date or recommended consumption date (BBD). Warranties do not cover damage resulting from incorrect use or failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions.
Data Protection:
The seller undertakes to comply with the legislation on the protection of personal data (GDPR). The customer agrees that his personal data will be collected and processed by the seller for the purposes of ordering, invoicing, delivery and communication with the customer. The customer's personal data will not be transmitted to third parties for marketing purposes. The customer has the right to access, rectify, erase, limit and portability of his personal data. To exercise these rights, the customer can contact the seller by e-mail at info@chockies.net. The customer can also file a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority.
Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution:
These general terms and conditions of sale are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the customer may contact the mediation service of the Consumer Ombudsman in Belgium or the online dispute resolution platform of the European Commission. The Belgian courts shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these general terms and conditions of sale.

Closure of Chockies Group SRL:
The seller reserves the right to terminate Chockies Group SRL, including its services, websites and activities. In the event of closure of Chockies Group SRL, the seller will inform customers and honor pending orders in accordance with the general conditions of sale. The seller cannot be held responsible for the consequences of such closure for customers.

Article 1 - Collection of Personal Information
When you make a purchase from one of our stores, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, phone number and email address. While browsing our stores, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
If you grant us permission, we may send you emails about our stores, new products and other updates.

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. Article 4 - Accommodation
Our hosting provider provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our services and products. Your data is stored in the hosting provider's data storage system, databases, and general hosting application. Your data is stored on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment: If you make a purchase through a direct payment gateway, the hosting company will store your credit card information. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction information is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your order. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways are PCI-DSS compliant. For your information, we never have access to any sensitive information like your account numbers, card numbers or passwords.

The third-party providers used by us will collect, use and disclose your information only to the extent necessary to perform the services we have engaged.
