Chockies Group SRL is the banner under which Belgica Store, Belgica Store PRO, Frozen Delivery and Frozen Delivery PRO operate.
Chockies Group SRL is a commercial entity managed by Christopher Deryckere, whose registered office is located at the following address: 31A rue de Wihéries, 6560 Hantes-Wihéries, Belgium, registered under number BE1012.381.674 at the Bank Carrefour Companies.
In this document, we refer to Chockies Group SRL as "the seller".
These general terms and conditions of sale govern the relationship between the seller and the customer, who may be a natural or legal person, placing an order via the websites hosted at www.https://belgicastore.com/gb/, www.pro.https://belgicastore.com/gb/, www.livraisonsurgele.com, and www.pro.livraisonsurgele.com. By placing an order on one of these websites, you automatically accept these general terms and conditions of sale.

Products and Services:
Our customers can access our product and service catalogs on our websites, including www.https://belgicastore.com/gb/, www.pro.https://belgicastore.com/gb/, www.livraisonsurgele.com, and www.pro.livraisonsurgele.com. The photos of our products are as accurate as possible, but they may differ slightly from the actual product, particularly regarding colors or packaging modifications made by the manufacturers. These photos are therefore not contractual and are not binding on the seller. While we strive to provide accurate information about our products, the seller cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. The information on our websites does not replace the information on the product labels. In case of discrepancies, the information on the product labels prevails.
Our sales are subject to availability from our suppliers. If an item is no longer available, we will inform the customer of this stock shortage by email or telephone. If the delivery time exceeds 3 days, we reserve the right to offer an equivalent product with the customer's consent or to cancel the order and refund the customer. The seller also reserves the right to modify its product and service catalog at any time.
Place an Order:
Before placing an order, the customer must provide accurate information, including their name, billing address, shipping address (if different from the billing address), phone number, and email address. The seller is not responsible for any incorrect information provided by the customer. If an order is returned for these reasons, the seller will not resend the order unless the customer pays the shipping costs again.
The customer adds items to their basket with a minimum value of €25 (excluding VAT), confirms their acceptance of the terms and conditions of sale, and proceeds to payment. An order confirmation is then sent to the customer after payment. This confirmation includes all the information provided by the customer, a description of the order, the total price of the order, and the delivery charges.
Pricing and Billing:
Unless otherwise stated, prices are in euros and include order processing fees but exclude delivery charges. The seller is not responsible for customs duties or other local costs or taxes. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer, who must also comply with the requirements of the authorities in the country of delivery. Product and service prices are shown inclusive of VAT (Belgian VAT). After the country of delivery (European Union country) has been identified, prices will be displayed including the applicable taxes of that country, in accordance with European legislation.
Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery location, weight, and volume of the order. They are shown before payment. The seller reserves the right to change prices at any time to reflect changes in supplier prices or shipping costs.
Payment :
Payment must be made in euros at the time of order confirmation. Order processing begins upon receipt of payment. Payment methods include MultiSafepay, PayPal, and bank transfer.
The seller cannot be held responsible for the payment of customs duties or other local costs or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. The customer must also make the necessary declarations to the relevant authorities in the country of delivery and check for any restrictions on the ordered products.
Delivery, Shipping Costs and Customs Fees:
The seller ships packages worldwide, with the exception of products in the "fresh produce" category, which are only delivered to Belgium, Luxembourg, mainland France, Monaco, and Spain to guarantee the cold chain is maintained. Shipping costs and any customs fees (outside the EU) are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders are delivered with a signature required upon receipt. In the event of an unjustified seizure of the order by customs, the seller will reimburse the customer. However, if the package is seized due to the presence of products prohibited in the customer's country of residence, no refund will be issued by the seller. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the import regulations for the ordered products.
The customer must inspect the order upon receipt. If the package appears damaged, the customer must inspect it immediately in the presence of the delivery person. In case of damage, the customer must note a description of the damage on the carrier's delivery slip. The customer must inform the seller by email at info@chockies.net within 2 business days of delivery, providing photos of the damage (exterior of the package (with the shipping label visible), interior of the package (with all protective materials used), of all the goods together, and of each individual item). Failure to do so will invalidate any claim. The seller may require the return of the damaged product(s).
Preparation time:
Order preparation times vary from 24 to 72 hours after receipt of payment.
The seller delivers to customers within 4 to 10 days of order payment, depending on the chosen carrier and the destination country. These delivery times are estimates only and are not binding on the seller.
If the customer has not received their order after 30 days, they may request cancellation of the sale and a refund of the amounts paid for their order.
The seller will not be responsible for any loss, cost, liability, damage, fine or expense incurred as a result of a delay or non-delivery.
To guarantee same-week delivery, orders containing fresh products must reach us no later than MONDAY before 10am (orders are dispatched on Wednesday).
Delivery Times:
Delivery times depend on the destination, delivery method, and product availability. The seller strives to meet delivery deadlines, but any delays do not entitle the customer to compensation or order cancellation. In the event of a significant delivery delay, the customer will be notified by the carrier via email or telephone.
Order Cancellation and Return:
The customer has the right to cancel the order within 14 days of receiving the products, in accordance with applicable law. The customer must inform the seller of their decision to cancel the order by email to info@chockies.net. The customer must return the products in their original packaging, unopened and unaltered, within 14 days of canceling the order, to the address provided by the seller. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Once the returned products have been received and inspected, the seller will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned products. If the customer does not return the products within 14 days of canceling the order, the seller may refuse the refund.
Some products, due to their nature, cannot be returned. These include fresh and frozen products, opened or used products, and products whose expiration date has passed.
Guarantees and Claims:
If a product is defective or does not conform to the order, the customer must inform the seller by email at info@chockies.net within 2 business days of receiving the order. The customer must provide photos of the defects or non-conformities. The seller will decide on the appropriate action, including a refund, replacement, or the shipment of additional products. The seller does not guarantee the quality of products beyond the expiration or best-before date. Warranties do not cover damage resulting from improper use or failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions.
Data Protection:
The seller is committed to complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The customer agrees that their personal data may be collected and processed by the seller for the purposes of order processing, invoicing, delivery, and communication with the customer. The customer's personal data will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. The customer has the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and transfer their personal data. To exercise these rights, the customer can contact the seller by email at info@chockies.net. The customer may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority.
Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution:
These terms and conditions of sale are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the customer may contact the mediation service of the Consumer Ombudsman in Belgium or the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform. The Belgian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms and conditions of sale.

Closing of Chockies Group SRL:
The seller reserves the right to terminate Chockies Group SRL, including its services, websites and activities. In the event of closure of Chockies Group SRL, the seller, will inform customers and fulfill pending orders in accordance with the general terms and conditions of sale. The seller cannot be held liable for any consequences such closure may have for customers.

Article 4 - Accommodation
Our hosting provider supplies us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our services and products. Your data is stored in the hosting provider's data storage system and databases, and in the hosting provider's general application. Your data is kept on a secure server protected by a firewall.
Payment: If you make a purchase through a direct payment gateway, the gateway will store your credit card information. This information is encrypted according to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction information is retained only as long as necessary to complete your order. Once your order is complete, the purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways comply with the PCI-DSS standard. For your information, we never have access to any sensitive data such as your account or card numbers, or passwords.
