The departure of "fresh" parcels is made once a week (usually on Wednesday) with the delivery scheduled on Thursday or Friday for certain regions and areas difficult to access

You can order sensitive products (fresh products (France and Monaco only), chocolates, ...) all year round on our site. But as you know, sensitive products do not really like heat ... Parcels to the Aquitaine, Midi-Pyrénées, Languedoc-Roussillon and Provence-Alpes-Côte-d'Azur regions as well as certain difficult-to-access areas are sent with maximum delivery on D + 2, that is Friday before 5 p.m. 30 at the latest.
Notice regarding pickup points
Packages are sent through the DPD network.
During your purchase, you will receive an email with the DPD tracking number of the package.
The carrier sends an email and / or an SMS to indicate that your package has arrived at the pick-up point (pick-up point) with the address of the pick-up point.
You then have a week to collect it. If at the end of this period you still have not done this, the package will be returned to us.
After this time, we will not send you any replacement and you will have to repay the delivery costs to receive your package. Therefore, be careful, be careful after sending your package so that you can recover it without delay and at no additional cost!
Packaging of your products
The packaging of your packages is one of our priorities.

During delivery, you must imperatively check the integrity of the package by ensuring:

The recipient has the authorization to request, before taking delivery, both internal and external verification of the package.
In case of problems, it is imperative to send us a maximum of photos of the package (exterior + interior + goods) so that we can file a complaint with the delivery services and be compensated for the damage suffered.
Payment must be made by the customer when confirming their order and must be made in euros. The order will be processed upon receipt of payment thereof.
