The recipient is authorized to request, before taking delivery, both internal and external verification of the package.

In the event of a problem, it is imperative to send us as many photos of the package as possible (exterior (with visible shipping label) + interior + goods) so that we can file a complaint with the delivery services and be compensated for the damage suffered.

Unfortunately without ALL these photos, it is impossible for us to compensate you.

We cannot be held responsible in the event of damaged products due to high heat.

  • Delivery times are working days, excluding public holidays and weekends, and do not include order preparation time (48 to 72 hours if all products are in stock).

Notice regarding collection points

  • Parcels are sent within the DPD Parcelshop network.
  • When you purchase, you will receive an email with the DPD tracking number for your package.
  • The carrier sends an email and/or an SMS to indicate that your package has arrived at the collection point (collection point / parcelshop) with the address of the collection point.
