This semi-liquid pita sauce from Anda, emulsified into a creamy mixture, is seasoned with a little garlic and aromatic herbs. A typical sauce to use on your pitta, kebab or gyros but also excellent with pork or mutton and hamburgers. Anda pita sauce can be enriched with yogurt or fromage blanc. Each jar contains 650 ml.

Ingredients: Rapeseed oil (65%), fresh egg yolks, water, garlic powder, mustard (water, mustard seeds, vinegar, salt, herbs), dextrose, vinegar, salt, milk component, dextrose, herbs , spices, food acid (citric acid), preservative (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate), thickener (guar gum, xanthan gum), antioxidants (calcium disodium-EDTA).
May contain traces of gluten, soy, celery and fish.
Store in a dry place away from heat and light. Close the packaging tightly after opening.
