Fresh Marinated Salmon Salad with Lemon and Dill

A light, fresh and elegant salmon salad perfect for sunny days. Taste the summer in every bite!
When the temperatures rise, our taste in food naturally shifts toward lighter, fresher dishes. Marinated salmon, inspired by Nordic gravlax traditions, offers a refined solution for summer dining. Its silky texture and bright citrus-dill flavor make it ideal for gourmet salads. Paired with crisp greens and creamy avocado, this dish is not only refreshing but also rich in omega-3, making it a perfect choice for healthy, elegant meals during warm-weather gatherings or sunny picnics.

Ingredients

  • 200 g fresh salmon (sashimi-grade)

  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Arugula, lamb’s lettuce or baby spinach

  • ½ cucumber, thinly sliced

  • ½ avocado, sliced

  • 1 tsp capers (optional)


Preparation

  1. Slice the salmon thinly.

  2. Marinate with lemon juice, olive oil, dill, salt and pepper. Chill for 15 minutes.

  3. Arrange greens, cucumber, avocado and capers on a plate.

  4. Top with the marinated salmon and serve immediately.
