
Everyday Norwegian salmon is prepared with the greatest care, it is smoked to give it a rich and subtly smoky flavor, which awakens the taste buds.
200 g fresh salmon (sashimi-grade)
1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Arugula, lamb’s lettuce or baby spinach
½ cucumber, thinly sliced
½ avocado, sliced
1 tsp capers (optional)
Slice the salmon thinly.
Marinate with lemon juice, olive oil, dill, salt and pepper. Chill for 15 minutes.
Arrange greens, cucumber, avocado and capers on a plate.
Top with the marinated salmon and serve immediately.
