As stipulated in our general conditions of sale, In the event of a problem during the delivery of a package, you must IMPERATIVELY provide us with as many photos of the package as possible. Here is the extract from our conditions of sale: "In the event of a problem, it is imperative to send us as many photos of the package (exterior (with the apparent shipment label) + interior + goods) as possible so that we can carry a complaint to the delivery services and to be compensated for damage suffered. Unfortunately without these photos, it is impossible for us to compensate you. We cannot be held responsible in the event of altered products due to the heat."
