Ingredients: Pork ham, salt, glucose syrup, dextrose, antioxidants (trisodium citrate - sodium ascorbate), mixture of herbs and spices in variable portions (white pepper, corn, juniper berries, bay leaf, thyme, nail girole), garlic, shallot, preservatives (potassium nitrate - sodium nitrite), natural pepper flavor, natural smoke.
125 gr of meat were used to make the finished product.
May contain traces of soy, celery, milk, nuts and mustard.
