Boni Selection offers wholegrain rice which requires +/- 30 minutes of cooking. Whole rice is made up of the whole grain which has retained a film that constitutes the rice bran, as well as the germ. It is a type of whole grain. It is harder to chew than white rice and rancid more quickly, but is more digestible and has more nutritional value, because rice bran is rich in different nutrients: fiber, vitamins B1 and B6, iron, magnesium, potassium, while the germ provides fatty acids and proteins.
