In a bain-marie: Immerse the tray in a pan of simmering water for about 8 minutes (do not remove or pierce the plastic film). Pass the tray under cold water, shake gently and remove the plastic film using the tab.
In the microwave: Pierce the film of the tray several times. Place the tray in the center of the microwave and heat for 2 to 3 minutes depending on the power of your oven. Shake gently and remove the plastic film using the tab. Each tray contains 300 gr.
