INGREDIENTS: Water, fresh cream (MILK), 12% Roquefort AOP (raw sheep's MILK, salt, rennet, lactic ferments, Penicillium roqueforti), modified starch, thickener (xanthan gum), cognac, salt, rapeseed oil, yeast extract, spices, acidifier (lactic acid), acidity regulator (sodium lactate), preservatives (potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate), colour (caramel).

Preparation and use:
* Bain-marie: Immerse the sachet for 10 minutes in simmering water, avoiding boiling.
* Microwave oven: Open the sachet, heat for 2 minutes at 550W, stirring after 1 minute.
