Ingredients: Pork, beef, salt, spices, garlic, lactose, maltodextrin, antioxidants (ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate), preservative (sodium nitrite).
142 g of pork and beef were used for 100 g of Ardennes collar.
Store at room temperature. After opening, keep in a dry place away from heat. The product continues to dry and can be stored for several days.
