Ingredients (serves 4)

4 Belgian sausages (white or mettwurst style)

4 pork ribs

2 chicken filets marinated in mustard and honey

500 g baby potatoes

Homemade mayo or Belgian andalouse sauce

Fresh seasonal salad (lettuce, radish, red onion)

Rustic bread or baguette
For the rib marinade:

250 ml Belgian beer (amber or dubbel)

2 tbsp honey

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 minced garlic clove

Salt and pepper
Instructions:

Marinate ribs at least 3 hours (preferably overnight).
