Cooking instructions: 

Microwave:
Empty contents into a non-metallic bowl and cover. Heat at full power for 800W 2 minutes / 900W 1 minute 30 seconds. Stir, then microwave at 800W/900W for 1 minute. Leave to stand for 1 minute after heating. Stir well before serving.

Pan:
Empty the contents into a saucepan. Heat gently for 4-5 minutes, stirring frequently. Do not boil.
