Empty contents into a non-metallic bowl and cover. Heat at full power for (800W / 900W) 1 minute 30 seconds. Stir, then microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds (800W) or 30 seconds (900W). Leave to stand for 1 minute after heating. Stir well before serving.

Pan:
Empty the contents into a saucepan. Heat gently for 5-6 minutes, stirring frequently. Do not boil.
