A platter of marinated pierrade meat is a selection of raw meat that has been cut into small pieces, usually for grilling on a stone grill called a pierrade. The pieces of meat are marinated in a mixture of spices and liquid to give them more flavor before cooking. The plate consists of beef, pork, chicken and turkey. Each package contains +- 1 kg.
