Vegetarian white pudding made from local oyster mushrooms flavoured to perfection with onions and parsley. These sausages taste like real white pudding, but do not contain any meat. Oyster mushrooms provide a delicious portion of umami. Very recognisable in taste, but so much better for the planet. The puddings are surrounded by a plastic film that must be removed before cooking. After peeling, the white pudding is ready to cook. Each pack contains 2 puddings for 180 gr.
