
Refreshing Mediterranean Salad with Feta and Herbs
Ingredients (2 servings):

1 medium cucumber (thinly sliced)

2 large tomatoes (diced)

100 g feta cheese (crumbled)

¼ red onion (thinly sliced)

Black olives (to taste)

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 tbsp lemon juice

Fresh basil and oregano

Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:

Combine cucumber, tomatoes, and onion in a bowl.

Add feta cheese and olives.

Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper.

Garnish with fresh herbs and serve chilled or at room temperature.
