Ingredient: 72% wholemeal flour, flax seeds, 5% OAT groats, 5% RYE flour, sunflower seeds, dehydrated sourdough (from naturally-fermented ground RYE), iodized salt, dehydrated yeast, flour Malted barley, dextrose, malt extract (BARLEY, RYE), acidity regulator (E262), acidifier (E296), flour treatment agents (E341, E300).
