Maizena Roux for Brown Sauces binds your dark and brown sauces, fine casseroles and stews and makes them ideally creamy without lumps. Easy to use, just add directly to the boiling liquid to further bind your sauce. Stir well. Cook for 1 min. To obtain an even thicker sauce, add Maïzena Roux and keep boiling for 1 min. Each package contains 250 gr.
