Dr Oetker chocolate chip muffins 380 gr

Organize a party with the kids and decorate the muffins together! The package contains a mix for tasty muffins, chocolate chips and 12 muffin molds. To add: 2 eggs, 125 ml Oil (e.g. sunflower) and 75 ml water (or milk). Each package contains 380 gr.

Preparation :

- Place the 12 muffin molds on a baking sheet.
- Preheat the oven as indicated above.
- Pour the dough mixture into a bowl, add the oil (or butter or margarine), eggs and water.
- Beat everything with a whisk for about 2 minutes, increasing the speed. The dough should be smooth.
- Add 1 tablespoon of chocolate chips. Mix.
- Fill the 12 molds 2/3 full and sprinkle them with the rest of the nuggets.
- Place the baking tray halfway up the oven and cook for approx. 20 min.
- To check if they are cooked, insert a knife blade into the center of a muffin. If the dough does not stick to the knife, the muffins are ready! They should be golden brown.
- Let the muffins cool on a rack.
